INTERNATIONAL SURGICAL WEEK / ISW2011

Dear Presenting Author of an Abstract

Please read carefully the guidelines below since the full acceptance of your Abstract for presentation at ISW 2011 will heavily depend on fulfilling the requirements stated! You must agree with the guidelines (at bottom of this page)

The listing of accepted Abstracts shows all Presenting Authors which are potentially invited to present at ISW 2011. The Presenting Author of the Abstract (same names as given in the Abstract Center) must fully register and pay for participation in the congress by May 13, 2011 the very latest.

All Presenting Authors are requested to complete a Disclosure Form and return this to the Scientific Secretariat ISW 2011 by e-mail (surgery@iss-sic.ch) or Fax (+41 61 811 47 75) by May 13, 2011 the very latest. The Disclosure Form must be fully completed and bear the Abstract Identification Number(s) as given on the listings.

If your Disclosure contains any Conflict of Interest you must declare this at the beginning of each presentation! Download the Disclosure Form here.

Abstracts of Presenting Authors which do not properly register or which do not return the Disclosure Form by deadline will not be included in the Final Program nor in the Abstract volume.

The exact date and timing of your presentation will be communicated by the end of July 2011 and published on these webpages.

Specific guidelines for Free Paper presenters in the fields of Endocrine Surgery (IAES) and Breast Surgery (BSI) apply. Please check these here.

Note: If your abstract has not been published here it has most likely been rejected. Presenting Authors of rejected abstracts are informed by e-mail at the given address. In case of uncertainty, please contact the Scientific Secretariat at surgery@iss-sic.ch.
